Halloweenwas “Thriller” night for Ola Ray!
The actress, formerPlayboymodel andThrill of It Allauthor — who starred asMichael Jackson’s love interest in the 1983music video for his Halloween-season hit “Thriller”— took in a performance ofMJ the Musicalon Monday night in New York City.
Ray, 62, even took time to pose backstage for photos withMyles Frost, who won a Tony Award for his performance as the King of Pop in theBroadwayshow.
In celebration of Halloween, the cast of the show evenperformed a special “Thriller” encoreat curtain call, which the official Instagram account forMJ The Musicalposted a clip of following the show.

According to a press release, the musical “goes beyond the singular moves and signature sound of the star, offering a rare look at the creative mind and collaborative spirit that catapulted Jackson into legendary status.”
In an April 2019 interview withThe New York Times, Wheeldon, 49, said about writing the musical at the time, “We’resensitive to what’s going onand we’ll see whether it works into the show or not. But the primary focus of our show has always been focusing on Michael’s creative process.” The musical reportedly does not address the scandal.

Despite the legal woes and being"sad how they treated me,“Ray told Newsweek she has since forgiven Landis, 72, and Jackson — and is “very honored” to be associated with “Thriller.”
“Working with Michael and being with him was definitely worth it,” she said. “But what happened afterwards. … that’s a different story.”
