Fetty WapandAlexis Skyy‘s daughterAlaiya Grace, who turned 1 year old earlier this month, recently underwent emergency surgery, Skyy’s rep confirms to PEOPLE.
Then, she shared a black-and-white photo of her daughter,seemingly from the hospital, before concluding, “Thank you everyone for your prayers, Lay Lay is good.”

The rapper and Skyy welcomed their daughter in January 2018. At the time, the new mom confirmedAlaiya was born prematurelyon her Instagram with a picture of a nano preemie diaper.
“Her little diaper,” Skyy wrote.
“My water did break,” she said in an Instagram Live video from her hospital bed before Alaiya’s birth, where Fetty Wap was present.

The new mom explained that both she and the rapper were “preemie” babies, telling the camera, “They’re gonna have me in the hospital for a long time and I just pray that everything do good. She’s okay, she’s fine.”
“She’s healthy, that’s all that matters to me. She’s like three months early, so I don’t know,” Skyy said of her daughter. “The goal is to keep her in there but once your water breaks it kinda is hard,” continued the model.
Alaiya is the first child for Skyy, while Fetty Wap is a father to six other children — one of whom wasborn two months after Alaiya’s arrival.
