TheDancing with the Starsjudge shared a loving tribute for Erbert onInstagramWednesday in honor of her 29th birthday. His post featured photos from the couple’s Northern Californiaweddingon Aug. 26.
“Happy Birthday to my beautiful WIFE! Whoah, I love saying that,” began Hough, 38. “It’s only been a month since we’ve exchanged our vows and we have already embarked on such an amazing adventure together. So many beautiful things to look forward to.”
“I am grateful for it all, all the laughter, moments of joy, every tear shed, every hurdle we’ve overcome and all the moments of vulnerability we’ve shared together,” he added. “Our love has truly transformed, evolving into something unshakable.”
Hough wrapped up the ode to his wife simply: “Happy birthday my Love.”
Hough shared a few more tributes for Erbert via his Instagram Story, including a tropical pic of the fellow dancer as he wrote, “Happy Birthday to My beautiful Wife.” He also uploaded multiple videos and photos of the pair dancing together, including an underwater duet.
“My forever dance partner,” Hough wrote alongside a pic of the pair dancing at their recent wedding.

“When we were thinking about location we asked ourselves, ‘What’s important to us?'” Hough explained to PEOPLE at the time. “Nature was the first thing. We want to be around trees and plants and Northern California kind of spoke out to us. We just want people to experience this place that we love, this nature, but also, it just feels incredibly romantic.”
Hough and Erbertembarked on a romantic honeymoonin Italy early last month. While abroad, Hough shared avideo montagethat featured the pair dancing together.
